About Ulla!

Basics:

I live with and from a deep awareness of the presence of Spirit, Source, Divinity, God, (whatever you want to call it) within me.

I bring to you the experience of a lifetime full of changes (see Bio) and therefore feel very comfortable with them, whether you decide to make the changes, or whether change picked you as the lucky one...

For a coaching session we both show up with a commitment:
- my commitment is to be present with you, and for you and
- your commitment is to let the change happen that wants to happen.

Philosophy:

When change happens or we are ready for change, habitual patterns get disrupted, disorientation occurs, and we have the chance to be authentic. When we are authentic, energy flows, is available to us. When energy flows, when we are more "in the flow", we can gain access to deeper levels of what we really want, what we dream about, and what we came here to do in this life.

When we are ready to experience change, or live our dreams, or ask for more (love, money, success, joy, life, health, happiness, ease etc.), all we are saying is "I am willing to hear new answers to the questions I am asking."

The fact that we are asking for change means that the answers are already present within us, as in my world the Universe is built on solutions, not on problems. Or in other words, the answer is always there, even before the question is asked.

Strengths:

I can make it safe for you to experience the chaos that comes with changes. I do not feel threatened (at least not for very long) by neither my own nor other people's chaos that comes with changes. In fact, I feel excitement when changes occur, whether by choice or by surrender.

• I help you listen/feel/sense the answers present within you as I am both an empath (someone who can sense/feel other people's feelings) and am well trained to listen
  
  
• I assist you in finding ways to turn the new answers you are finding into livable situations in your daily life
  
  
• And last but not least, I make sure that you are finding your very own answers - I will not tell you what to feel, do, see, want, or be. I might offer suggestions, I might help you clarify some ideas, I am available for you to share your process with, but I will not carry you across the gap of change. You have to do the jumping - all I am is your witness and a guiding light.

Sexuality:

One of the coaching areas i am very comfortable with is human sexuality in all its aspects. Exploring my own sexuality:

- has brought me to a daily and rich experience of the Divine within me,
- has been my greatest motivator to grow,
- has allowed me to become the woman I never even in my wildest dreams imagined I could be, and
- has been my greatest healer.

And, most of all, I LOVE being around changes that get triggered by sexual issues, choices, and challenges.
